Blandford St John Ambulance Badger Sett
The Badger Sett is for children from the ages of 6 - 10. the children work towards badges and certificates, they learn to work alone and as part of a team. There is an initial membership fee (once a child decides they want to fully join) of £25.00 this includes the cost of the full uniform after which fee's are £1.00 per week. Lions Club of Blandford
Formed by charter in 1973 Blandford Lions club are part of a national organisation, who regularly undertake through their charity work aid, both physical and financial to local people. In the last year they having taken disabled children to Paultons Park and paid all costs, donated to hearing dogs for the deaf and riding for the disabled, paid fees for a special needs child to attend summer school and also supported the Yellow Brick Road for Julia's House Hospice. Riding for the Disabled - Bryanston Group
Our group was founded in 1976 but could not use the name Blandford because another group (not horse riding) was already in existence. We therefore adopted Bryanston. Our aims are to instill confidence, to have fun and to give our riders pleasure in being in control and having communication with horses. We meet on Thursdays during term time from 10.30 to 12.30. North Dorset Netball League
We are a group of local girls and women who want to play netball on a regular basis. Each year we have both summer and winter leagues playing indoors and outdoors. Most matches are played over four quarters and usually last 50 minutes. There are on average 10 - 12 teams that play in the league. Each team player has to affiliate to their team and the All England Netball Association. On average it costs £2.00 - £2.50 per match to play including court fees and affiliation. Blandford Young Farmers Club
Blandford YFC has been running for nearly 70 years and is open to anyone between the ages of 10 and 25, we meet every Wednesday night for various activities with something for all ages. Blandford YFC is a charity and so have various fund raising events such as disco's, race nights, clay shoots and ploughing matches. Membership fees are £15.00 for ages 10 - 18, £20.00 for ages 18 - 21 and £25.00 for ages 21 - 25.

Pimperne Cricket Club
Pimperne Cricket Club is a small thriving club with two adult teams an evening midweek team and two junior teams. We run coaching sessions for the younger players. These range from 6 - 16 years old, the aim has been to develop these younger players to take part in the adult game and in the last two seasons this has come to fruition.
