North Dorset Explorer Scouts - Orca Pod
Meet every Tuesday, 7.30pm - 9.30pm at Blandford Scout hut. With an emphasis on personal development and many activities such as climbing, walking, canoeing, caving  and shooting. We also work towards awards such as the Duke of Edinburgh Award Both boys and girls aged 14 - 18 are welcome to join us.

Blandford Amateur Boxing Club
Meet monday and Thursday evenings 7pm - 9pm at Stourpaine village hall. Boys and girls aged 9 upwards are welcome to join. Activities include learning boxing skills, fitness and circuit training.

Magnum Carnival Club
Had a very successful 2006, with an entry called Apple Blossom Time - the scene was a spring country wedding , with bride and groom attended by the traditional chimney sweep and with guests dressed in pink with the gentleman in mauve top hat and tails. The first success was in Blandford, where the club won their class as well as taking the trophy for best overall.

Life Education Dorset
We are a children's charity that use high tech mobile classrooms to visit over 40,000 children in Dorset every year to deliver fun health education and drug prevention education. Every year we have to raise over £250,000 to continue our work. Anyone who might like to fund raise would be most welcome. Blandford Forum Gymnastics Club
The club has been running for over 25 years but was taken over in 1998 by a long standing member. The club offers recreational gymnastics and trampolining, pre-school gymnastics and also has developmental sessions for furthering abilities.The club has over 450 members who attend weekly and enjoy entering competitions performing displays to the local community as well as its own social activities. Blandford St John Ambulance Cadets
Meetings are held every Friday, 7.15pm at Blandford Scout Hut. the cadets work on a proficiency grading of Bronze, silver and gold. Cadets can also work towards 'Grand Prior 24' which involves doing duty at public events such as Rugby matches, fetes and the Steam Rally. There is an initial membership fee (once a child decides they want to fully join) of £25.00 this includes the cost of the full uniform after which fee's are £1.00 per week.
